Functieomschrijving:

The Database Administrator is responsible for architecture, planning, developing, managing and implementing data storage needs for current and future products. The Database Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the databases, reviewing and implementing designs/data model, resolving performance issues and establishing best practices.

The Database Administrator is responsible for supporting a diverse set of database technologies like Oracle, MSSQL and Pervasive SQL.

Key accountabilities

  • Identify and design database requirements through customer interviews, analyzing department applications/programming and operations, evaluating existing systems;
  • Recommend solutions by defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, database security, data back-up and recovery specifications;
  • Maintain database performance by calculating optimum values, implementing new releases, completing maintenance requirements, evaluating computer operating systems and hardware products;
  • Provide day-to-day support of data in a mission-critical 24×7 production environment including stand-by;
  • Control maintenance activities;
  • Conduct feasibility studies, evaluate costs, analyze user needs, design data processing systems or sub-systems, program the systems or sub-systems, develop testing criteria and establish documentation to support the new system;
  • Work with Architects, Business Analysts and Information Managers to analyze business requirements and develop scalable, strategic and cost-effective solutions that meet specific business challenges;
  • Adhere to the standards and guidelines set within the organization;
  • Assist in projects and changes where needed/applicable;
  • Performs all other duties as required.

Functie eisen:

Technical skill-set

  • Solid knowledge of Oracle 10g/11g, good understanding of 12c features and technical database concepts, such as: logical relational data modeling, physical data modeling, tuning large instances, resource management, data replication and backup/recovery techniques;
  • Requires at least 3 years of working knowledge of Oracle Real Application Clusters (Oracle RAC), Oracle Enterprise Manager (Oracle OEM/Cloud Control), Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN), Oracle Data Guard and Oracle Database Security;
  • MSSQL 2008R2 or later (2012,2014,2016) database administration in medium to large corporate environments;
  • Solid understanding of HA technologies: mirroring, log shipping, etc.;
  • Experience with Availability Groups (SQL 2012+) is desired;
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database problems;
  • Experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools;
  • Experience with backups, restores and database recovery models.

Soft Skills

  • ITIL v3 Foundation certified;
  • Prince2 Foundation certified;
  • Sound language skills in Dutch (must), English (must) and German (pré);
  • Occasional travel to production sites (Europe);

Functieomschrijving:

Onze opdrachtgever heeft een afdeling Informatiebeveiliging & Privacy opgericht die verantwoordelijk is voor het borgen van de privacy en die waakt over de veiligheid van hun informatiesystemen. De afdeling bestaat uit twee adviseurs, (gemiddeld) twee stagiairs en de manager. Deze vacature betreft één van de twee adviseursfuncties. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen het cluster I&A maar ook met de gezondheidszorgjuristen, medewerkers van Communicatie, zorgmedewerkers en medewerkers van ondersteunende clusters als Personeel & Organisatie en Financiën.

Onze opdrachtgever heeft het besluit genomen om in 2020 een Security Operations Center (SOC) bij een externe partij in te richten. Op die manier richten zij in dat 24/7 de veiligheid van hun ICT infrastructuur en hun voornaamste applicaties wordt bewaakt. Als IT Security Manager ben jij de trekker van de implementatie van de nieuwe (externe) SOC. Jij zorgt ook voor een naadloze aansluiting met het Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) die door jou wordt geleid.

Je coördineert en bewaakt de uitvoering van het auditplan en de opvolging van (ernstige) beveiligingsincidenten. Je hebt een sturende rol in de ontwikkeling van hun ISMS conform NEN 7510. Functie eisen:

  • Je beschikt over HBO+ werk- en denkniveau;

Als Senior Systeem- en Netwerkbeheerder houdt jij je bezig met alle facetten van het ICT-vak. Enerzijds verhelp je ICT gerelateerde storingen van het hele concern, dit doe je zowel op afstand als op de locatie.

As a Solution Architect working for our client, you’re the technical lead for your Service: Workplaces. Functieomschrijving:

Als Netwerkbeheerder ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks onderhoud en het ongestoord functioneren van het netwerk van onze opdrachtgever. Jij kunt niet alleen netwerken inrichten, firewalls configureren en werkplekbeheer ondersteunen maar je handelt ook deskundig bij netwerkverstoringen. Je hebt als Netwerkbeheerder natuurlijk een passie voor geavanceerde technologie en het beheer daarvan. Daarnaast heb je een enorme creativiteit als het gaat om het vinden van oplossingen voor technische complexe netwerkproblemen.
