As Test Manager, you are responsible for supporting a large program aiming at the improvement of the HR Landscape. You do so by means of supporting the project managers and project teams during the setup of test cases and test scenarios. This can be done on unit, system and integration level. You will also support the end users in the execution of the testing activities.

In order to be successful in this challenging position, you must have completed an HBO education. Preferably in an industrial, business, technical or IT direction. You must have at least five year work experience as a test manager. Relevant test management certifications are a must.

You have experience in or affinity with working in a production company with multiple production locations, and the dynamics that this entails. Preferably also with knowledge in HR IT Projects and excellent reporting and presentation preparation skills. You will be working in an international and dynamic environment, so English and either German or Dutch are no problem for you.

Functieomschrijving:

Je geeft algemeen (technisch) leiderschap en begeleiding aan het IT-Operations team. Verantwoordelijk voor de operationele IT-klantenondersteuningsactiviteiten met een focus op eerstelijns- en tweedelijnsgebruikersondersteuning en communicatie, zodat relevante belanghebbenden hun werk kunnen doen. Dit in lijn met het IT beleid en procedures van onze opdrachtgever, met bedrijfsrichtlijnen, (bedrijfs-) strategie, plannen en externe regels en voorschriften. Zorgen voor de realisatie van IT-doelstellingen, nauwkeurige ondersteuning en het bedrijf in staat stellen de organisatie op een veilige, effectieve en efficiënte manier te leiden.

  • Mede ontwikkelen van IT- en IM-strategie, beleid en subafdelingsplan, budgetgoedkeuring verkrijgen en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van de strategie op een hoger niveau in lijn met de algemene IT & bedrijfsstrategie, bedrijfsbehoeften en externe ontwikkelingen;

  • Bepaal en verzeker overeenstemming over SLA’s met het bedrijf en leveranciers en rapporteer over deze SLA’s aan de belanghebbenden.
  • Implementeren en verbeteren van ITIL-processen die worden gebruikt in het IT Operations Team;
  • Het management adviseren over de ontwikkeling van de strategie en plannen op basis van rapporten en analyses vanuit IT & IM-perspectief;

Functie eisen:

  • Master of bachelor in IT en / of technische bedrijfskunde of andere relevante technische studie aan M.Sc. / B.Sc. niveau;
  • Minimaal 10 jaar praktijkervaring in het ontwikkelen en versterken van een IT-team;
  • Het vermogen om intern en met andere (inter)nationale collega’s en / of externe leveranciers coalities op te bouwen om gemeenschappelijke doelen te bereiken;
  • Ervaring in sterk beveiligde technische IT-omgevingen;

They supply customers in their home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Their headquarters is located in the Netherlands.

They offer a challenging and inspiring working environment in which innovation is an important driver and the recent IT activities reflect this focus on innovation. Examples are the renewal of the Master Data Management System (MDM), updating of the BI environment, start of the ERP renewal program, implementation of an API Management system and the startup of Blockchain and cloud initiatives.

The IM&T (Information Management & Technology) departments responsibility is to keep all IT systems up to date and by doing so, support all business processes. Besides maintenance the department is responsible for the development of technical & services roadmaps and the digital agenda for the organisation, their customers, partners and colleagues. IM&T consists out of circa 150 colleagues stationed in our HQ office in The Netherlands, Hannover and Munich and together they are responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of all applications and Infrastructure components.

Functieomschrijving:

The Service Level Manager is working in close cooperation with the Manager Infrastructure and the team lead to manage the contracted services on a day to day basis. The activities are focused on optimizing the process of service delivery by suppliers. The service delivery to the user organisation has the highest priority, even in case the requirements go beyond the contract.

The Service Level Manager works also in close cooperation with the Contract & License Manager and Purchasing Officer, both positioned in the CIO Office.
