The IM&T (Information Management & Technology) departments responsibility is to keep all IT systems up to date and by doing so, support all business processes. To expand the current Global Business Solutions team, they are hiring an Application Architect.

The Application Architect is expected to assemble, manage and drive the improvements of our clients IT strategy in combination with our clients new application strategy. To expand the current Global Business Solutions team, they are hiring a Master Data Management Teamlead.

The Master Data Management Teamlead is expected to assemble, manage and drive the improvements in the newly formed Master Data Management Team. It’s a new role within the team and one of it’s core focus is the set up the new MDM strategy in the chosen MDM application, Stibo. This role will work closely with partners to ensure data quality, compliance and operational procedures for their customers.

  • Designing, testing and commissioning of MES systems and other applications;

Inzet van ICT om de zorgprocessen te optimaliseren maakt onderdeel uit van de kern van de strategie van onze opdrachtgever. De komende jaren investeren ze daarom flink in het verder doorontwikkelingen van hun informatiehuishouding.

Functieomschrijving:

Onze opdrachtgever heeft een afdeling Informatiebeveiliging & Privacy opgericht die verantwoordelijk is voor het borgen van de privacy en die waakt over de veiligheid van hun informatiesystemen. De afdeling bestaat uit twee adviseurs, (gemiddeld) twee stagiairs en de manager. Deze vacature betreft één van de twee adviseursfuncties. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen het cluster I&A maar ook met de gezondheidszorgjuristen, medewerkers van Communicatie, zorgmedewerkers en medewerkers van ondersteunende clusters als Personeel & Organisatie en Financiën.

Onze opdrachtgever heeft het besluit genomen om in 2020 een Security Operations Center (SOC) bij een externe partij in te richten. Op die manier richten zij in dat 24/7 de veiligheid van hun ICT infrastructuur en hun voornaamste applicaties wordt bewaakt. Als IT Security Manager ben jij de trekker van de implementatie van de nieuwe (externe) SOC. Jij zorgt ook voor een naadloze aansluiting met het Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) die door jou wordt geleid.

Je coördineert en bewaakt de uitvoering van het auditplan en de opvolging van (ernstige) beveiligingsincidenten. Je hebt een sturende rol in de ontwikkeling van hun ISMS conform NEN 7510. Ook verzorg je trainingen in de organisatie en ben je gesprekspartner voor beveiligingsvraagstukken. Je onderhoudt contacten met externe organisaties, collega’s in de sector en leveranciers van informatiebeveiligingsdiensten.

Functie eisen:

  • Je beschikt over HBO+ werk- en denkniveau;

Als Senior Systeem- en Netwerkbeheerder houdt jij je bezig met alle facetten van het ICT-vak. Enerzijds verhelp je ICT gerelateerde storingen van het hele concern, dit doe je zowel op afstand als op de locatie.

Anderzijds verricht je planmatig en proactief onderhoud aan de ICT systemen. Je neemt deel aan en leidt diverse projecten om zo de systemen klaar te maken en te houden voor de toekomst. Je geeft algemeen (technisch) leiderschap en begeleiding aan het IT-Operations team. Zorgen voor de realisatie van IT-doelstellingen, nauwkeurige ondersteuning en het bedrijf in staat stellen de organisatie op een veilige, effectieve en efficiënte manier te leiden.

  • Mede ontwikkelen van IT- en IM-strategie, beleid en subafdelingsplan, budgetgoedkeuring verkrijgen en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van de strategie op een hoger niveau in lijn met de algemene IT & bedrijfsstrategie, bedrijfsbehoeften en externe ontwikkelingen;
  • Professionaliseer het IT-Operations-team tot een team met hoge prestaties door tijdig hoogwaardige IT-ondersteuning en -diensten te leveren, binnen een sterk beveiligde omgeving, budgetten toe te wijzen en de prestaties continu te bewaken en te sturen in overeenstemming met de algemene IT & IM-strategie;

  • Bepaal en verzeker overeenstemming over SLA’s met het bedrijf en leveranciers en rapporteer over deze SLA’s aan de belanghebbenden.
  • Implementeren en verbeteren van ITIL-processen die worden gebruikt in het IT Operations Team;
  • Het management adviseren over de ontwikkeling van de strategie en plannen op basis van rapporten en analyses vanuit IT & IM-perspectief;

The IM&T (Information Management & Technology) departments responsibility is to keep all IT systems up to date and by doing so, support all business processes. Besides maintenance the department is responsible for the development of technical & services roadmaps and the digital agenda for the organisation, their customers, partners and colleagues. IM&T consists out of circa 150 colleagues stationed in our HQ office in The Netherlands, Hannover and Munich and together they are responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of all applications and Infrastructure components.

The Infrastructure department is currently being reshaped into a “Demand-Supply Organisation” and is focusing on continuously improving and updating the technical environment. They are in an exciting phase with lots of interesting challenges, changes and progress.

Our clients department is split up in 3 areas, Connectivity/Datacenters/Workplaces and our team consist out of 20+ members.

The Team Lead is responsible for continuous improvement of team performance and well-being of the team members (incl. SME’s for the 3th line activities) by focusing on human resource management and development, processes, policies and procedures. In this role you’re furthermore responsible for an optimal cooperation with other internal colleagues and external parties.

We’re looking for a people manager in heart and soul!!

  • You facilitate the team to ensure the members are enabled to deliver as promised and support their development by creating POP’s, conducting midterm and yearly evaluation conversations, monitoring their performance and steer on agreed deliverables;
  • You’re responsible for the planning and coordination of activities for the RUN team (2nd and 3th line), like: incidents, changes, preventive maintenance, service requests etc.;
  • Control, monitor and evaluate the contribution/performance of IT services;
  • Initiate service improvement programs as and when necessary and embed them into the infrastructure department processes;
  • Draft personnel planning on the midterm and at the tactical level and in line with the established strategic personnel planning;
  • Ensure IT services to satisfaction and in accordance with SLAs and budgets;
  • Validate incoming invoices for IT services;
  • In this role you are responsible for managing the suppliers on a tactical level, you conduct SLA interviews and you monitor the performance of the suppliers in the daily operation.

Functie eisen:

  • You have a relevant education on bachelor or master level;
  • 5+ years experience in corporate environments and at least 3+ years in similar role;
  • ITIL Foundation v3/4 certified;
  • Strong people management skills;
  • You’ve got excellent communication skills (verbally and in writing) in both Dutch and English and preferably in German;
  • Can-Do mentality and focus on operational excellence;
  • Teamwork, good communication & organizational skills where presupposed with a well-developed and strong character;
  • No 9 to 5 mentality, since our teams participate in 24/7 standby schedules;
  • The willingness to make business trips to Germany.

As a Solution Architect working for our client, you’re the technical lead for your Services: Telecom & Collaboration. Internally this role is known as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and within this role you will be focusing on planning, managing and organizing your services, projects and initiatives, which will be aligned with the requirements from internal clients (worldwide).You’ll be working closely together with the Domain Architect, the SME’s in other fields of expertise and the suppliers to ensure the Infrastructure department delivers the services the organisation can rely upon.

  • Formulating objectives on a strategic and operational level, keeping track of technological developments, initiating innovation & improvements and setting standards and priorities;
  • Contribute to the translation of business requirements into functional and technical requirements regarding the service;
  • Participate and manage project groups (including employees from suppliers) in accordance with uniform project guidelines;
  • Supervising, checking and evaluating work performed by external suppliers in accordance with guidelines and contract agreements with external parties;
  • Management and supervision of maintenance and updates to installations to guarantee quality and continuity;
